WE REMEMBER WALK
We Remember Walk,
September 10, 2006 with Rev. Bill Minson and ceremony at Los
Angeles Fire Department Fire Station 88 in Sherman Oaks, CA,
where the 9/11 Memorial sits. We gathered at the Sherman
Oaks Galleria and walked the one half mile accompanied by L.A.F.D. Fire Trucks to L.A.F.D. Fire Station 88 for the
ceremony. Also photos from 9/11/06 as we mark the 5th
Anniversary of the attacks. Photos, flowers and notes were
brought to the memorial as literally hundreds of people came
and paid their respects. We hope all who came found some
healing. Assistant Fire Chief Tim Manning along with members
of the famed Urban Search and Rescue Team officiated at the
ceremony. We had surviving family members from the WTC
attack with us as well as retired F.D.N.Y. Joe Torelli all
take place in the prayerful ceremony. Click here for photo
